- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- Pool has no swimming guard
- Language spoken by staff : English
- Check in : 15:00 h – Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 1.500.00 EUR to be paid 30 days before rental
Security deposit will be refund within 10 days after the departure, if nothing has been damaged. If it happens, the cost to replace/repare will be substracted. - No commercial activity without authorization
Reservation conditions
- Guarantee deposit charged by MaisonRose Corfu upon reservation : 50 %
- 2nd payment 60 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaisonRose Corfu
- Advance payments can be made with the following payment method : Bank transfer.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and fees
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs more than 60 days to arrival day : 50% refunded
- Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaisonRose Corfu
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaisonRose Corfu
